Travel Fee Zones

Along with the Studio Location -

Home-based and alternate-location sessions are available at the regular session rate plus a travel fee based on distance, travel time, and setup needs.

These fees help account for travel, equipment transport, setup, breakdown, and the additional time required to offer the session well outside the studio setting.

Important Location Notes

  • Home-based sessions require a quiet space and access to a nearby electrical outlet.

  • Alternate-location sessions require the client to secure an appropriate, quiet, private location in advance.

  • Travel zones are based on the actual service address.

  • Final travel pricing is determined by location, access, and setup needs.
