How often should I do ISST?

After an ISST Coaching session, the recalibration that took place in your overall system, will continue the gentle integration process for a few weeks.

Sessions can be held at a frequency that works best for you as an individual and your personal circumstances

Scheduling sessions closer together is recommended, initially, to start establishing the biological supportive “safety” NEEDED in your system. This will begin the process of raising your personal window of tolerance that might be, unknowingly, shallow or narrow in the present time. Your experienced past, emotions, vulnerabilities, reactions, shut downs, outbursts, physical ailments, ghosting out… might be more vivid and/or intrusive making it hard to function, may it be day to day or long term.

By maintaining a frequent and regular ISST Body Coaching schedule, it will allow you to not only aid in bring in overall wellness but help you to make progress in any other therapeutic areas.

Many choose sessions Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly or when the need for support arises. There is no right or wrong, only what you feel is best for you.
