How often should I receive Integrative Body Work?

After a session, the body and nervous system often continue to integrate and reorganize in subtle ways over time. This may unfold across days or weeks, depending on your rhythm, capacity, and life circumstances.

There is no required schedule. Session frequency is guided by what feels supportive and realistic for you, not by pressure or urgency.

Some people find it helpful to meet more consistently at the beginning to build familiarity, predictability, and a greater sense of safety within the body. Over time, regular support may help widen capacity and lessen patterns of overwhelm, reactivity, or disconnection.

Common rhythms may include:

  • bi-weekly

  • monthly

  • every other month

  • as-needed support when life feels especially full

There is no single right way — only what your system can truly hold.
