ISST Body Coaching + Traditional Healing
Currently Booking
New Clients WelcomeA gentle, body-based practice for people who feel overwhelmed, squeezed, stretched thin, shut down, or disconnected and need a grounded way back to themselves.
Rooted in traditional Indigenous understanding and informed by ISST Body Coaching, this work supports the body through presence, pacing, and respectful support rather than force or urgency.
The intention is not to fix or push, but to create conditions where steadier energy, resilience, and greater capacity can emerge over time.
This work supports greater capacity, steadiness, and space within the system so you can meet life with less overwhelm and more support.
**Sometimes overwhelm feels like being Alice (in Wonderland) too big for the tiny room.
The answer is not to shrink yourself but instead to grow the room. This work supports exactly that: more capacity, more steadiness, and more internal space to meet life without feeling trapped inside it.
Sessions are client-centered and co-creative, honoring physical, emotional, and spiritual experience as deeply connected.
If life has felt like too much, this work offers a gentler place to land.
Do without doing. Be with being.

Workshops & Retreats
COMING SOON
Workshops
Gentle group spaces for people who want to better understand overwhelm, capacity, body awareness, and nervous-system patterns in a grounded and accessible way.
These gatherings are designed for shared learning, reflection, connection and support — with room to explore without pressure to perform, push, or “get it right.” Workshops may include guided discussion, embodied practices, practical tools, and gentle hands-on learning where appropriate.
The focus is on building capacity, clarity, and connection — not shrinking yourself to cope, but growing the room.
Retreats
Extended spaces for stepping out of the noise of everyday life and into a quieter, more supported rhythm.
Retreats are designed to offer what many people are missing: more room. More room to rest. More room to listen. More room to reconnect with the body, the self, and the environment without constant demand.
Offerings may include gentle somatic movement, yoga, reflective writing, art, time in nature, stillness, rest, guided journeying, and active imagination practices where appropriate. The intention is not to transform through effort, but to create conditions where restoration, insight, and steadiness can emerge naturally.
If life has felt like too much, this work offers a gentler place to land.
