Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Sessions are reserved with care and held specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or loss of the session time, except in cases of genuine emergency, sudden illness, or unavoidable circumstance.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as you can. Late arrival may shorten the session in order to honor the time held for other clients.
If something unexpected arises, communication is always appreciated. My intention is to hold clear boundaries with as much humanity and flexibility as possible.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are experiencing a true emergency, you are welcome to reach out as soon as possible. While fees cannot always be waived, communication is always appreciated.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full.

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of service, depending on the booking arrangement.
Available payment methods will be shared during the booking process.
Session time is reserved once payment arrangements have been completed.
