This work depends on pacing, preparation, and presence. Late changes often cannot be filled, and honoring scheduled time helps support the work in a way that is sustainable, steady, and without rush. Thank you for understanding and respecting this boundary.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are experiencing a true emergency, you are welcome to reach out as soon as possible. While fees cannot always be waived, communication is always appreciated.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full.

Sessions are held with intention, preparation, and protected time.
If you need to adjust your appointment, rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be possible.
Missed appointments, or sessions not rescheduled within the notice window, are charged in full.
This policy applies to all appointments, including those affected by illness or scheduling conflicts.
