Rebecca
I am ᎠᏂᏴᏫᏯ Ani’-Yun’ wiya *pronounced ah-nee yoon-wee-yah known today as Cherokee, and also of Celtic ancestry, with documented lineage that includes healers on both sides of my family. I hold this lineage as context and orientation, not as authority or claim.
I am certified as an Integrative Systemic Supportive Touch Coach (ISST) and have gained experiential training alongside a wide range of practitioners across New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas, including physicians, naturopathic doctors, licensed mental health clinicians, massage therapists, physical therapists, and craniosacral practitioners.
I choose not to attach fixed labels to my work.
Rather than practicing a single modality, my approach is informed by Indigenous ways of listening, contemporary nervous-system science, and somatic-based practices that honor the whole person.
I do not separate the physical, emotional, or spiritual aspects of being human.
This work is grounded in the understanding that these dimensions are inherently interconnected and are best supported through presence, pacing, and respect for the body’s natural intelligence.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
