This work depends on pacing, preparation, and presence. Late changes often cannot be filled, and honoring scheduled time helps ensure the work can be held sustainably and without rush. Thank you for understanding and respecting this boundary.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.
Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
This policy applies regardless of reason, including illness or scheduling conflicts.

If Something Unexpected Arises
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are experiencing a true emergency, you’re welcome to reach out as soon as possible. While fees cannot always be waived, communication is always appreciated.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full.
This ensures clarity and reduces disputes.
