    New Clients Welcome

A gentle, body-based practice grounded in traditional Indigenous understanding and informed by ISST Body Coaching.

This work supports the body’s natural capacity for resilience and reorganization through presence, pacing, and respectful support—without force, interpretation, or urgency.

Rather than working to override or push through the nervous system, this approach supports the body in meeting experience at its own pace—allowing capacity to grow naturally and patterns that are no longer necessary to reorganize over time.

The intention is not to fix or force change, but to create conditions where resilience, balance, and coherence can emerge without exceeding the body’s thresholds.

Sessions are client-centered and co-creative, honoring physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions as interconnected aspects of lived experience.

    Workshops

offer a small-group setting for shared learning, reflection, and support. These gatherings are designed to explore embodied awareness, nervous-system understanding, and relational presence in a way that is accessible and paced.

Workshops may vary in length and focus, and can include guided discussion, experiential practices, and gentle hands-on learning where appropriate. The emphasis is on clarity, connection, and building capacity—rather than intensity or performance.

    Retreats

provide extended time away from everyday demands, offering space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen relationship with self and environment. These experiences are held with care and intention, allowing participants to step out of routine and into a quieter rhythm.

Retreat offerings may include a blend of embodied practices, time in nature, guided reflection, and periods of rest. The focus is not on transformation through effort, but on creating conditions where insight, restoration, and coherence can emerge naturally.
