ISST Body Coaching + Traditional Healing

    New Clients Welcome

A gentle, body-based practice for people who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, shut down, or disconnected and need a grounded way back to themselves.

Rooted in traditional Indigenous understanding and informed by ISST Body Coaching, this work supports the body through presence, pacing, and respectful support rather than force or urgency.

The intention is not to fix or push, but to create conditions where greater steadiness, resilience, and capacity can emerge over time.

Sometimes overwhelm feels like being too big for the tiny room — with the walls closing in and no space left to breathe, think, or simply be.

The answer is not to shrink yourself.
The answer is to grow the room.

This work helps create more internal space so you can meet life with less overwhelm and more support.

Sessions are client-centered and co-creative, honoring physical, emotional, and spiritual experience as deeply connected. Supportive elements may be woven in as appropriate, depending on your needs, sensitivities, and preferences.

    Supportive Session Elements

Some sessions may include additional supports depending on your needs, preferences, and how your system responds that day. These may include gentle ISST (Integrative Systemic Support) touch, hands-above energy support, quiet grounding time, infrared warmth, and PEMF wellness mat support.

If life has felt like too much, this work offers a gentler place to land.

Do without doing. Be with being.

    Workshops & Retreats

    COMING SOON

    Workshops

Gentle group spaces for people who want to better understand overwhelm, capacity, body awareness, and nervous-system patterns in a grounded, accessible way.

These gatherings are designed for shared learning, reflection, connection, and support — with room to explore without pressure to perform, push, or get it right. Workshops may include guided discussion, embodied practices, practical tools, and gentle hands-on learning where appropriate.

The focus is on building capacity, clarity, and connection — not shrinking yourself to cope, but growing the room.

    Retreats

Extended spaces for stepping out of everyday noise and into a quieter, more supported rhythm.

Retreats are designed to offer what many people are missing: more room to rest, more room to listen, and more room to reconnect with the body, the self, and the environment without constant demand.

Offerings may include gentle somatic movement, yoga, reflective writing, art, time in nature, stillness, rest, guided journeying, and active imagination practices where appropriate. The intention is not to transform through effort, but to create conditions where restoration, insight, and steadiness can emerge naturally.

A gentle place to learn, soften, reconnect, and return to yourself — without pressure, performance, or urgency.

Do without doing. Be with being.

  • PEMF Wellness Mat Support

When appropriate, PEMF wellness mat support may be woven into your session to encourage grounding, rest, body awareness, relaxation, and integration.

PEMF stands for :Pulsed Electromagnetic Field.

In this practice, the mat is used as a wellness support to create a quieter, steadier environment for the body to settle. Some clients prefer the mat on its own for quiet decompression, while others benefit from using it before or during gentle energy-based support.

    How It May Be Used

    Mat Alone
A quiet option for those who want rest, stillness, and less input.

    Mat Before Energy Work
Used first to help the body settle before hands-on or hands-above support begins.

    Mat During Energy Work
Used as a steady background support during gentle touch or energy-based work.

    Who It May Support

This support may be especially helpful for:

    first-timers

    touch-cautious clients

those who prefer less talking and less input

those arriving tense, mentally busy, or overstimulated
